Passionate about the environment, Natchar Sawatdichai has created a series of intricate paper blinds. The series moves away from typical materials used in blinds that require excessive energy to dispose of and focuses on her favorite medium – paper. Each blind is hand-cut in an origami like pattern that allows flittered light to flow through.
Each blind is simple and constructed of three elements the curtain itself, a cord it is hung on, and a pulley to fix it to the desired height. The range is a modern testament to the value of artisan products, in an ever increasing commercialized world.
