Plasticiet was founded in 2018 by Marten van Middelkoop and Joost Dingemansm, in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The duo created a new range of solid surface materials that are made of 100% recycled plastic. The high quality, functional panels come in a range of colours and patterns that have the appearance of a natural or terrazzo stone.
They have continually developed production techniques and have recently released a new furniture range that appears like mother of pearl. Plasticiet has highlighted there is real beauty in recycled plastic – an enormous waste product for our time.
