Erez Nevi Pana has designed a range of “guilt-free” vegan furniture from salt and soil. To create the collection, Nevi Pana extracted the raw material from the dead sea, bringing attention to the enormous amount of salt neglected each year in the evaporation ponds.
The aim is to eventually use the salt and soil to create blocks that can be used in construction. “The blocks exhibit magnificent thermal insultation capability” he explained.
